Spigot for Berkey Stainless Steel Systems

The Spout that I purchased (as of 2 weeks use) is great.

The original swivel-tap lasted for about three years before a leak developed. I though it was the washer which needed tightening but after dissembly, I found the throat of the tube on the outside of the tank, had in fact split. This new unit seemed to be a better arrangement with less stress upon the plastic connectors by swivelling the tap left to right, since it's just a gentle pressing needing to allow water to flow.. Bought two. Reasonably priced.

These little spigots work well and don't drip or leak. Since they are plastic I bought a spare as I live in the PNW where we do have occasional earthquakes. If my Berkley took a fall off the counter and the spigot was destroyed it would be smart to have a replacement on hand.

I needed a new spigot for my stainless steel Berkey and came across getberkey.com in my search. The new spigot I received from them is better than the old one ever was, and customer service is great!

We like the new spigot better than the old turn one. It is easier and hopefully will last longer. The man I talked to was friendly, informative and helpful. We use our Berkey every day.

I got my $10 spigot. But the great product was the service. I made a mistake (don't know how) but it was fixed immediately and I got only what I thought I ordered and not what ended up on the invoice. I'll come back again, but Berkey's are long-lasting tough. Might be a while.

Old spigot cracked after many years of service. Found getberkey.com thru google search and they had the best price around for this replacement part. Arrived very quickly so 5 stars for service from getberkey.com *****
