PF-2 Fluoride and Arsenic Reduction Filters
The PF-2 reduction elements screw onto the bottom of the Black Berkey water purification elements and work in conjunction to adsorb the following unwanted elements found in drinking water.
• Fluoride
• Arsenic V and pre-oxidized Arsenic III
• Other residual heavy metal ions
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
FLUORIDE: Testing for fluoride was based on 20-30ppm of the ion in the influent aqueous solution at a flow rate of no more than 3 gpm (11 lpm) per cubic foot of media. Results of < 1ppm of the fluoride ion in the effluent were typical for the media (>95% reduction). Under optimum conditions, effluent concentrations of less than 50 ppb were readily achieved (>99.75% reduction).
ARSENIC: This product uniquely targets the entire family of arsenic oxide anions as well as the arsenic cations.
REPLACEMENT: Under normal circumstances, a set of 2 fluoride filters should be replaced every 1000 gallons. Please use our filter calculator to determine how long your PF-2 filters will last in your system before needing replacement.

I've been using these ceramic filters for several years now and I have always found them well made, reliable and dependable. I love my Berkey water filtration system and wouldn't trade it for anything....thank you.

5 Heavy metal filters

I live in Queens (NYC) and we're supposed to have the best water. This is the second set of filters I've ordered. The first pair lasted about one year. I love my Berkey and now I know that I and my family are drinking the purest water possible. All I add back are minerals per glass of water

Berkey water filtering system changed my life. I drink so much more water and the taste is GREAT. . .however, I must say it is important that you get your Berkey from a staff that knows their product and can help you understand what you need and when you need it. Walter is one of the best customer reps I have come across. It has been over two years since I bought my Berkey and when it came time to change the filters, he walked me through it. One of the best health decisions of my life! Go Berkey!

I just love the idea of taking the fluoride and other contaminants out of the water. Always had my own well and this just makes town water so much safer and better.

I have a Berkey light water filter system. I have 2 black filters and 2 Fluoride filters. I love this system. The water tastes great and I have the benefit of NO FLUORIDE in in my water. No mind numbing chemicals to alter my body/brain/nervous system. I have used this system for 2 years and have absolutely no complaints. I love my Berkey system

Clean water is so important...this system allows us clean fresh tasting water where ever we go. Portable enough for traveling. Gives us peace of mind....Floride filters are Great for use in the cities!!

I AM GLAD THAT I HAVE PURCHASED THE BERKEY FILTERS I USED THEM FOR MY DOG, BIRD AND OF COURSE MYSELF AND HUSBAND. THE FILTERS LAST A LONG TIME BETWEEN US. WE USE AT LEAST TEN GALLONS A DAY, AND ACCORDING THE A REPORT THAT I READ ON THE FILTERS FOR A FAMILY OF 4 THE FILTERS LAST 3 YEARS. I AM A FAMILY OF TWO PLUS THE ANIMALS WE USE TEN GALLONS AND WE DON'T WASTE WATER. I FILL THE 4.25 GALLON AT LEAST TWICE A DAY. THIS IS THE BEST PRODUCT THAT I HAVE BOUGHT. ESPECIALLY THE SHOWER FILTERS WHICH YOU CAN FEEL THE DIFFERENCE AND HAVE NO ODORS.

I have been using the Royal Berkey for around 3 years now and it's difficult when I leave home without the filtered water. The water makes the best coffee. When I go to a friend's house, the coffee which is the same brand as I use) doesn't even come close to tasting as good as the coffee I make with Berkey water.
